Our Trainers have advanced certifications which enable us to offer specialized training for specific sporting clients including equestrians, golfers and tennis players.

WORKOUT CLASSES
 
We are proud that we maintain small group classes.  This format has the following benefits:
 
  • Each person receives personal, individualized attention;
  • The instructor can modify movements to cater to injuries, sensitive areas and to class preference;
  • No intimidation factor;
  • Benefit of the camaraderie of a group setting without losing the personalized attention;
  • In the smaller setting it is easier to make the acquaintance of like-minded people.
 
CLASS SCHEDULE
 
 
Hot Yoga with Adrienne                                   
Wednesdays 6:00p.m. (1.5hrs)
This class uses the Barkan method of Hot Yoga which is a style of Hatha Yoga.  Hatha Yoga is the physical form of yoga designed to bring balance and well-being into your life.  The studio is heated to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. 
 
Focused Stretch with Ray                                    
Thursdays 9:00a.m. (1hr)
Stretch from head to toe and feel an inch taller by the time you leave!  With this sequence of stretches you will gain greater flexibility, alleviate aches and pains, improve posture and reduce stress.   The small class size enables the instructor to address clients' specific flexibility issues.
