Rebecca has dedicated her fitness career to helping people discover a long-term enjoyment of exercise.
Rebecca enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels. She has successfully helped many clients get rid of shoulder, back, neck and knee pain using corrective exercise techniques and myofascial release (MFR).
Her training allows her to evaluate postural dysfunction in clients and design individualized programs to correct the imbalances.This enables clients to maximize their exercise potential and alleviate pain thereby improving quality of life.
She is also certified in training for sports including golf and tennis, nutrition and weight loss program design and pre and post natal training. With her many certifications and all her years of experience she can design a program to safely maximize each client's potential.
Ryan is currently on sabbatical playing with the Hawaiian Symphony Orchestra.
Helping individuals from all walks of life with weight loss, athletic performance, nutrition, and balance and coordination is Ryan’s passion.
His own dedication to healthy living in a busy world has translated to a dynamic approach with each of his clients.
Whether his client is an elite athlete, of a special demographic, or your everyday person, Ryan has created and implemented exercise programs resulting in accomplished goals
Ryan has coached both youth and collegiate ice hockey, and continues to play weekly. He has also has been a rower, cyclist and yoga enthusiast. Additionally, he performs both classical and jazz music professionally.
Ryan believes in imparting the importance of self-motivation, knowledge, and commitment both in and out of the training studio.
