Ray GonsalvesRay’s enthusiasm and enjoyment of the fitness profession shines through with all the clients that he works with.
His wealth of practical experience and knowledge has made him one of the ‘go to’ trainers in the area for clients who want someone who can work with them to further their fitness, yet accommodate their injuries and concerns. 
He enjoys working with clients of all populations from athletes to the elderly but has focused particularly on post-rehabilitation and on clients trying to lose weight. He is known for being able to to alleviate daily aches and pains for his clients.
Jeanette brings extensive experience in training clients with well-designed and
results-oriented programs to suit each individual’s needs. Posture and alignment are critical components in her program design. 
With her knowledge and expertise in Pilates training, she has helped many clients improve their posture, increase strength, flexibility and core control.  Her background in post rehabilitation adds an important dimension in her exercise programs.
Jeanette keeps her clients challenged while helping them reach their fitness goals.
Eileen is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
She describes herself as fascinated by human anatomy. 
For Eileen it’s about helping people feel better from the inside out.  Both massage and fitness are modalities that assist in that goal.  A person’s health and well-being should always be a priority.

Ryan is currently on sabbatical playing with the Hawaiian Symphony Orchestra.

Helping individuals from all walks of life with weight loss, athletic performance, nutrition, and balance and coordination is Ryan’s passion. 
His own dedication to healthy living in a busy world has translated to a dynamic approach with each of his clients.  
Whether his client is an elite athlete, of a special demographic, or your everyday person, Ryan has created and implemented exercise programs resulting in accomplished goals
Ryan has coached both youth and collegiate ice hockey, and continues to play weekly.  He has also has been a rower, cyclist and yoga enthusiast.  Additionally, he performs both classical and jazz music professionally. 
Ryan believes in imparting the importance of self-motivation, knowledge, and commitment both in and out of the training studio.
